The quality is excellent, and it contains a broad spectrum of vitamin E. The quantity lasts at least a month, with a dose of one pill in the morning. It greatly reduces pain and is not beneficial for skin and hair. The packaging is ample, and there’s no taste. Dr. Rahma Al-Ghaili recommended this vitamin E complex as it’s rich in antioxidants.

I suffer from knee osteoarthritis and bone pain. Since I can’t stand or move continuously, I alternate between sitting and standing while working. I wake up feeling exhausted. On my doctor’s advice, I started taking this. Many with joint pain and osteoporosis have found that it aids their health, and I sincerely hope for similar improvements. The PMS vitamin I’ve been taking, Gamma E, for three months has helped alleviate my PMS breast pain, and I no longer experience painful cramps. Now, I only have mild cramps that last for just one day!
